Our business is based in the United States, and we currently serve customers within the United States only.
Yes, we ship all orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during busy periods.
Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier used. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
In the event of a product arriving damaged, defective, or otherwise unacceptable, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return and receive a refund or replacement.
To begin a return:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if approved.
