Manifesting In A Mug is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Manifesting In A Mug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement at our discretion.
