Thank you for choosing Manifesting In A Mug. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. In the event of any concerns, we offer a clear and fair return policy.
Standard Returns
In the event of a product arriving damaged, defective, or otherwise unacceptable, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return and receive a refund or replacement.
To begin a return:
Email our support team at ManifestingInAMug@gmail.com with the order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide instructions and a return authorization in the event the return is eligible.
Returned items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unopened and unused (unless damaged or defective)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery on most products. In the event of dissatisfaction within this period, a refund request may be submitted.
For certain products, including subscriptions, eligibility may extend to one opened package from the first purchase only, provided contact is made within the guarantee period. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. A trackable shipping method is recommended so the return can be confirmed. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event of an order arriving damaged or with missing or incorrect items, please contact us promptly and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Undelivered or Refused Packages
In the event a shipment is returned to us as undelivered or refused, please contact us prior to return completion so we can assist with proper processing. When a package is returned without authorization, refunds may be delayed or adjusted to account for return shipping fees.
Exclusions
Items returned outside the stated return window may not be eligible for a refund.
Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned according to the retailer’s policies.
